Depending on the size and scope of your new fence it
usually takes 2-5 days for completion. At the end of the final day we do a thorough clean up of your space. Making sure to leave no scraps, trash, tracks or screws in your yard. The Owner always performs the final walk through with the homeowner and the remaining
balance on your new fence is paid in full at that time.

Many HOA’s have clear guidelines on the type of
improvements you can make to your home, including
your fence style. Please be sure to check the
regulations in your neighborhood when choosing your
material and design.

While Vinyl or aluminum fences can be a bigger up
front cost they are nearly maintenance free for many
years. When selecting wood we always recommend the
premium pressure treated products and a high quality
stain or sealer once your fence has had a chance to
weather and cure. This is generally about 4-8 months
after installation, depending on the season.
No matter what product or style you choose, all of our
new installations come with a three year workmanship
warranty.
